Recommended consumption :
Take 1 serving of Olimp Glutamine Xplode once daily. To do this, mix 10 g of powder (measuring spoon included) in around 200 ml of water. It is recommended to take Olimp Glutamine Xplode immediately after training on training days and before sleeping on rest days.
