CHOCOLATE DELICIOUSNESS WITH A DIFFERENCE
When it comes to brownies, do you immediately think of a mix of irresistible chocolate taste, heavenly cocoa scent, soft dough and crunchy chocolate pieces? Freshly baked brownies are usually a treat that makes it pretty hard not to eat the whole baking tray straight away! They can be a real reward at the end of a stressful day.

You can quickly and easily prepare a delicious snack from Protein Brownie Base Powder with just a little oil and water, which is gluten and palm oil free and also contains no added sugar*! It has a protein content of 12g, which consists mainly of hydrolyzed collagen and protein from whey proteins.** We're not saying you can eat it in unlimited quantities, but it can easily be incorporated into a balanced diet from time to time

Ingredients
Chocolate powder without added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavor], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolyzed collagen 6.8%, low-fat cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, whey protein isolate 1%, flavors, sweeteners (Sucralose). Manufactured in a factory that processes milk, eggs, soy, crustaceans, sulfur dioxide and nuts.

Recommended consumption:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix 1 portion (120 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 80 ml (= 8 tablespoons) of water and 30 g = (3 tablespoons) of sunflower oil until the mixture is free of lumps. Bake for 15 minutes, then let it rest for another 10 minutes, then slice. The cake can also be prepared with coconut oil and butter.
