Recommended consumption:
Mix 2 heaped scoops (~19 g) with 250 - 350 ml of water and take 15 - 30 minutes before training.
For beginners: First mix half (1 heaped measuring spoon (~ 10 g)) of the generally recommended portion with 250 ml of water to test the effect of the product.
