You would like to return an item/product you purchased from us! **Please note** that a return can only be made if the following criteria are met.
- Item/product is undamaged etc.
- Product: Protein or supplements (food supplements) are unopened etc.
- We guarantee returns for clothing that was purchased incorrectly (fit, size, product defect), etc.
- Item/product was delivered incorrectly or content was delivered damaged
If all criteria are met, nothing stands in the way of returning your item. Follow the return instructions as follows:

**Send return request**
Click the profile icon in the shop navigation. Or go to the cancellation policy or a returns page and request a return. Or click on the ** return link **
1. Log in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Next .
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code .
2. Click on the order you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you would like to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click on **Request a return**. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
If the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
