Recommended consumption:
Mix 28 g powder (2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water or milk in a shaker. Shake 30 g powder (3 heaped tablespoons) with 400 ml milk or water in a shaker.
On training days, consume 1 serving immediately 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between two meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.

Verzehrempfehlung:
