Recommended consumption:

There is no correct dosage recommendation for our Flasty flavor powder. Tastes differ - some people prefer a slightly sweeter taste, others only like it when the sweetness really hits.
In short: Use as much Flasty as you like for your low-fat quark, yoghurt, coffee or whatever. Just be careful with the dosage and approach it slowly. The Flasty flavor powder is really very sweet, so it's better to use a little less at first and then add a little more if in doubt.

• Quark/Skyr etc: Mix a measuring spoon (approx. 3 g) of Flasty with 250 - 300 g of quark and 30 ml of water/mineral water/milk etc.
• Protein powder: Mix one measuring spoon (approx. 4 g) of Flasty with 30 g of protein powder in 300 ml of water/milk.
