The instant powder can be prepared with water to make a clear and refreshing soft drink. The whey protein isolate is also particularly tasty when prepared cold.

Recommended intake:

Mix 30 g ISOCLEAR® (measuring spoon inside) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker and let it rest for 1-2 minutes - best in the freezer for maximum refreshment. Consuming up to three 30g servings per day is recommended; e.g. after getting up, after training or even during, as a protein-rich refreshing drink. We recommend that you consume 1.5 g to 2 g of protein per kg of body weight every day in order to build or maintain muscles as best as possible.
