Recommended consumption:

Consume one serving daily, consisting of 30 g of micellar casein (2 level measuring spoons or 3 heaped tablespoons) mixed with 300 ml of water. Preparation in a shaker or blender is recommended. Because of the consistent and long-lasting supply of amino acids, micellar casein is ideal as a night-time protein and for bridging longer periods without protein intake.

Hints:

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Verzehrempfehlung:

Verzehre täglich eine Portion, bestehend aus 30 g Micellar Casein (2 gestrichene Messlöffel bzw. 3 gehäufte Esslöffel) mit 300 ml Wasser gemixt. Es wird die Zubereitung im Shaker oder Mixer empfohlen. Micellar Casein ist wegen der gleichmäßigen und lang anhaltenden Aminosäureversorgung hervorragend als Night-Time-Protein sowie zur Überbrückung längerer Zeiten ohne eine Proteinzufuhr geeignet.

Die angegebene empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden.
