BCAA+B6 contains the amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. With additional vitamin B6, which supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism and is involved in normal energy-producing metabolic processes and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The product is gluten free!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Recommended Use: Take 4 tablets daily. On training days, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training. On non-training days, take 2 x 2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Amino acid preparation of instant BCAA 53.1% (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: lecithins) fillers (cellulose gel), coating agent [stabilizer (polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol) dye (titanium dioxide), release agent (talc)], Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, soy, gluten, shellfish, sulfur dioxide and nuts.
