Olimp ALKAGEN™ - dietary supplement in capsules contains alkali metal salts of bicarbonate, citric acid and orthophosphoric acid as well as magnesium and zinc (in the form of the amino acid chelate Albion®).

*Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism (the central buffer system in the body is based on the hydrogen carbonate ion HCO3- for the resulting acids. It is formed by carbonic anhydrase. The zinc influences the activity of carbonic anhydrase [EFSA, 2009; Freake, 2006; King and Cousins, 2006].

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.

Olimp ALKAGEN™ was developed for all active athletes who want to shorten the recovery period after training and reduce acid formation in the body caused by heavy exertion during or outside of training. This product is also recommended for increased consumption of acid-forming foods and beverages such as coffee, black tea, sausage, meat, sweets and alcohol.

Recommended consumption:

On training days, take 4 capsules daily - 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules before training with plenty of water. Use only for training or competition purposes.

Weight gain may occur. Not suitable for children and young people. The intake of a product containing creatine should not be permanent, but rather limited in time. It is recommended to consume the product for 2-3 months, then take a break for 1-2 months and, if necessary, repeat the intake after the break.
