Big Zone Clear Whey Protein Juice
Almost every child knows that protein contributes to building and maintaining muscle mass [1]. In order to build muscle mass or prevent it from being broken down, adequate intake through your diet is absolutely necessary. Official recommendations for bodybuilders and strength athletes recommend a protein intake of 1.6 to 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight per day, divided into 3-6 meals per day. Particular attention should be paid to prompt intake before and after training. [2] There are a variety of high-quality sources available for this purpose. From dairy products and eggs to meat and fish to animal and plant-based protein powders, like our Battle Whey or Battle Vegan. However, consuming several portions of these foods day in and day out is not pleasing to every palate. For this reason we developed Protein Juice. This is a high-quality whey protein isolate, which is produced using a special processing method so that it is clearly soluble and tastes like a fruit juice or soft drink. Available in 5 delicious, fruity flavors, the Big Zone Protein Juice is a refreshingly tangy alternative to low-fat quark etc. and also offers the unbeatable high-quality amino acid profile and the nutritional values of a whey protein. This means that the Big Zone Protein Juice with 82-84% protein and extremely low carbohydrates and fat is ideal for any diet and is also digested very well without being heavy in the stomach.
How should the protein juice be taken?
