Per serving, Total Rush 2.0 delivers 6 g of L-citrulline, combined with 4.6 g of L-arginine. Recommended consumption:

Mix 25 g powder (1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) with 300 ml water and consume immediately before training. The recommendation applies for a period of 6 weeks. Then take a break for 2 - 4 weeks.
