What are Omega-3 fatty acids?
Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for the body and are among the most important fatty acids that the human body needs.
Essential means that they must be supplied to the body daily through food in order to maintain important body functions and health in the long term. For example, they have a positive influence on blood circulation, can improve blood lipid levels and help against inflammation in the body. The most important fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
MST Omega 3 capsules contain both EPA and DHA. These fatty acids can only be obtained from animal sources, while ALA is a plant fatty acid.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule twice a day with plenty of liquid with a meal. The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
