Short description of vitamin D
Vitamin D is a vital substance that plays the role of a prohormone. The synthesis of vitamin D usually occurs when the skin is exposed to sunlight. Especially in the winter months, sun exposure may not be sufficient to ensure optimal vitamin D status.
This should be avoided because vitamin D is, among other things, important for a normal immune system, normal calcium levels in the blood and normal muscle functions and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Ingredients: filler: dextrose and microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and hydrogenated cottonseed oil, binder: povidone, cholecalciferol (0.01%).
