Thanks to the Mega Caps, this excellent product contains an extremely high dose of 1400 mg of 100% pure L-glutamine in just one capsule.

Recommended intake:

Take up to three servings per day (1 capsule corresponds to one serving) with plenty of water - preferably before breakfast, after training and before sleeping.

Not suitable for children and young people. Keep out of reach of small children. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Hints:

This product is recommended for competitive athletes as well as recreational athletes who feel exhausted. It should also not be missing from a diet.
