ALA, Alpha Lipoic Acid is a popular antioxidant because it is both water and fat soluble. Scitec Nutrition's formula provides 250 mg per capsule.

Recommended intake:

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Diabetics should consult their doctor before use.
