L-Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning that under normal circumstances it can be produced by the body to meet its needs. In the case of poor nutrition or severe physical stress, our biosynthetic pathway cannot produce sufficient amounts of arginine and therefore some must be obtained through food or supplements.

It is the only precursor of nitric oxide (NO) and an important precursor of creatine, and arginine supplements are generally popular among athletes and bodybuilders. Taking high-dose capsules is the easiest way to cover the increased need for arginine.

Recommended consumption
Take 1 capsule of Mega Arginine daily, preferably 30 minutes before training.
