Body Attack Arginine Shock supplies the two amino acids arginine and citrulline, which take on important functions in protein metabolism - more precisely in the urea cycle. In protein metabolism, muscle proteins, but also proteins that we consume with food, are constantly being built up and converted.
With a protein-rich diet, with high levels of physical activity or during a diet, protein metabolism is increased because these building and remodeling processes occur more intensively. This also increases the need for arginine and citrulline. Even with a strictly low-calorie diet, arginine and citrulline deficiency can occur.

Recommended consumption:
