Recommended dosage:

• Training days: the daily daily dose is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) after training. You can take another dose of 5 g in the evening before going to bed.
• Non-training days: You can take a break or continue with regular dosage, 5g twice daily. Take the last dose in the evening before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
