In today's recipe, Magequark becomes a real treat thanks to the addition of just a few ingredients:
Warm lemon low-fat quark muffins - the ingredients
- 350g quark
- 20g pudding powder (lemon)
- 30 g whey protein, vanilla ice cream
- 8g baking powder
- A few drops of sweetener

- Mix the whey protein with a splash of water in a bowl and beat with the quark until creamy.
- Then add the pudding powder, baking powder and sweetener and mix.
- Now put the finished amount into small molds and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts.
