Warm lemon low-fat quark muffins

Low-fat quark is a very popular food in our circles - less because of its delicious taste, but rather because of its properties as a protein bomb.

In today's recipe, Magequark becomes a real treat thanks to the addition of just a few ingredients:

  • 350g quark
  • 20g pudding powder (lemon)
  • 30 g whey protein, vanilla ice cream
  • 8g baking powder
  • A few drops of sweetener

  1. Mix the whey protein with a splash of water in a bowl and beat with the quark until creamy.
  2. Then add the pudding powder, baking powder and sweetener and mix.
  3. Now put the finished amount into small molds and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts.
