BioTech Mega Amino 100 tablets

The main components of living cells include proteins; Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins; there are 20 such protein-producing amino acids.

The essential amino acids - a total of 9 amino acids - are indispensable for the human organism. However, our organism cannot produce these or can only produce them in insufficient quantities. It is therefore particularly important to ensure their intake from external sources, if possible in an optimal amount and in the right proportion.

The conditionally essential amino acids can be produced by the organism itself. These include, among others, the L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-tyrosine contained in the product. Supplementing these amino acids can be very useful in certain circumstances, for example during high-intensity or long-duration training. Here, the organism's need for amino acids can be greater than the amount it can produce at that moment.

BioTech USA's Mega Amino is designed to cover all essential amino acids (EAAs), conditionally essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids. To further increase the effectiveness of the Mega Amino tablets, an extra dose of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) was added.

Recommended consumption:

On training days, consume 2 x 4 tablets daily with a glass of water. Take one serving (4 tablets) 15 minutes before training and one serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume one portion in the morning and one portion in the evening.
