- 100 g mozzarella with 10% fat
- A few basil leaves
- A pinch of herb salt

- Cut the chicken breast meat into approx. 2 cm cubes and season with herb salt.
- Now put the cut cubes in a pan with heated oil and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then remove the pieces from the pan and let them cool.
