An optimized amount of carbohydrates made from enzymatically hydrolyzed, hyperglycemic carbohydrates supports energetic regeneration after strength training and ensures that glycogen stores are quickly refilled***. Enzymes (papain, lactase) help to further improve nutrient absorption. Components such as cinnamon extract, garcinia cambogia, inositol and chromium help regulate blood sugar levels.

Recommended consumption
