The main components of living cells include proteins; Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins; there are 20 protein-forming amino acids.

The essential amino acids - a total of 9 amino acids - are vital for the human organism. However, our body cannot produce them itself or can only produce them in insufficient quantities. That's why it's particularly important to absorb them from outside in the optimal amount and in the right ratio.

Conditionally essential amino acids can be produced by the body itself. These include the L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-tyrosine contained in the product. Supplementing these amino acids can be very useful in certain circumstances, for example during high-intensity or long training. Here the body's need for amino acids may be higher than the amount the body can produce at that moment.

BioTech USA's Mega Amino is designed to cover all essential amino acids (EAA), conditionally essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids. To further increase the effectiveness of Mega Amino tablets, an additional dose of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) has been added.

Recommended consumption:

On training days, consume 2 x 4 tablets daily with a glass of water. Take one serving (4 tablets) 15 minutes before training and one serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume one portion in the morning and one portion in the evening.
