Ingredients
Wheat flour, whey protein concentrate (29%), spray buttermilk powder (5%), chicken egg protein powder (4%), milk protein (2.3%), flavor, acidulant (lactic acid), palm fat powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), raising agent ( diphosphate, sodium carbonate), table salt, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, saccharin), corn starch, glucose syrup, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). May contain traces of sesame seeds.
Recommended intake
Mix 100 g (5 measuring spoons make approx. 3-4 pancakes) with 150 ml cold water and mix with a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Heat oil in a pan. To make a pancake, pour a small portion of batter into the pan. Bake briefly on both sides over medium heat until the dough is golden yellow.
