With 3 green tea extract capsules daily you will consume 1125mg polyphenols, 339mg epigallocatechins and 180mg caffeine
Chinese medicine uses green tea to support, among other things, the treatment of gastrointestinal complaints and weight loss
Perfect as a supplement during diet phases and ideal in combination with sporting activity
Recommended intake:
Take up to 3 capsules of IronMaxx® green tea extract 3 times a day between meals with 1/3l of water.
