This formula provides 1,100 mg of vitamin C.

Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Bones, blood clotting, teeth, gums and skin*. It also helps maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise (the beneficial effects are achieved with the additional daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily amount of vitamin C)*!

Recommended intake:

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Note for allergy sufferers:

May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, milk, soy and egg proteins, gluten, fish and shellfish.
