NATURAL SWEETENER
Xylitol or xylitol is a natural sweetener, a sugar alcohol that is obtained, among other things, from birch trees. Its sweetening power is comparable to that of sugar, but its glycemic index (GI) and calorie content are lower, which is why it is also used as a sugar substitute. Also often used with sugar-free chewing gum. BioTechUSA xylitol powder contains only xylitol.
