Scitec LYSINE - Essential amino acid
L-lysine is an essential amino acid, which is a physiological cornerstone for proteins in the body and is contained in high amounts in muscle tissue. The 9 essential amino acids cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained through diet, including sports nutrition supplements.
Recommended consumption:
Consume 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with water before training, sleeping and/or a meal.
A notice:
Keep out of reach of small children. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Not suitable for children, teenagers, pregnant women and breastfeeding women.

Verzehrempfehlung:
Verzehren Sie 1 Kapsel täglich vor dem Training, Schlafen und/oder einer Mahlzeit auf leeren Magen mit Wasser.
