HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid) is an extract from the Garcinia Cambogia plant. The HCA content of Scitec Nutrition® HCA food supplement is 60%! Lower quality brands may contain significantly less of this active ingredient!

HCA can help control body weight and body fat while reducing hunger. Chitosan is derived from chitin, an amino acid polysaccharide fiber found in the shell of crustaceans. Chitosan goes through a process called deacetylation, which refers to the removal of the acetyl group. This process increases solubility.

Recommended consumption:

Take 2 servings daily 30 minutes before lunch or dinner. In order not to negatively influence the absorption of other nutritional supplements such as vitamins, minerals and also medications, do not take them in the morning or at any other time of the day together with chitosan.
