Amino Charge is a complex amino acid formula that you can consume before or during exercise (or to get enough energy during the day during mental or physical activities, take the caffeine content into account!). It supports your efficient training and provides you with energy through its 15 active ingredients!

The product contains all 9 essential amino acids, including the branched-chain amino acids ( BCAAs ). The essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine, phenylalanine, methionine, tryptophan, histidine, lysine, threonine) are important for our body because our body cannot synthesize them itself and we therefore obtain them from other sources, such as food and nutritional supplements must. In addition, muscle proteins consist of 35% of the essential BCAA amino acids. L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid in human blood. L-Glutamine and L-Arginine may become conditionally essential under certain circumstances, including exercise, when the body cannot meet the needs by not synthesizing adequately.
As the only precursor of nitric oxide (NO) and an important precursor of creatine, arginine supplementation is common practice among athletes and bodybuilders. L-Citrulline is also a known precursor of NO.

The product contains 100 mg of caffeine , which promotes mental alertness, concentration and performance during training.

Recommended consumption

Apple Flavor, Peach Flavor, Bubblegum Flavor, Cola Flavor: Dissolve one serving (19g) in 500ml of water and consume during exercise.
Blue raspberry (raspberry flavor): Dissolve one serving (20 g) in 500 ml of water and consume during training.
