Recommended consumption:

For a body weight of up to 75 kg and for sensitive athletes, a dosage of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water is recommended.

From a body weight of 75 kg or for high performance training, a dosage of 17 g in 300 ml of water is recommended.

Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Please note: The initial slight irritation of the lips after ingestion is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine content - black pepper extract). This effect disappears within 15 minutes. A slight tingling and itching is also a common reaction to the active ingredients.
