RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Take half a tablet daily 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed with enough liquid (300 ml of water).
Important information: The effect of melatonin can be suppressed by strong light and blue light (e.g. from smartphones and televisions). For optimal effectiveness, it is best to let your body rest in natural darkness in the evening.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product must be stored out of the reach of small children!

Füllstoff (Mikrokristalline Cellulose), Trennmittel (Dicalciumphosphat, Magnesiumsalze der Speisefettsäuren), Melatonin*.
*Melatonin trägt dazu bei, die Einschlafzeit zu verkürzen. Die positive Wirkung stellt sich ein, wenn kurz vor dem Schlafengehen 1 mg Melatonin (1 Tablette) eingenommen wird.
VERZEHREMPFEHLUNG
Täglich eine halbe Tablette 30 bis 60 Minuten vor dem Schlafengehen mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit (300 ml Wasser) einnehmen.
Wichtige Hinweise: Melatonin kann durch starken Lichteinfall und blaues Licht (z. B. von Smartphone und Fernseher) in der Wirkung unterdrückt werden. Für eine optimale Wirksamkeit lasse deinen Körper daher am besten in natürlicher Dunkelheit am Abend zur Ruhe kommen.
